Bottom line- excellent snow and wet tire, but road noise was super loud and they wear quickly on dry pavement. I ran them for 2 winters, changing to summer tires for about 7 months of the year. We used them on a minivan in deep New England snow/ice. The snow performance was awesome as we have a steep hill to drive up on our way home. With regular AT type tires, it was often impossible. With these, we could do it easily. That said...wow, the noise. Good tire overall, but you are gaining performance at the cost of noise.

I think my tire may have been superseded by another. But this specific tire has outstanding winter traction. On white packed snow roads under braking and acceleration, I would have thought I was on asphalt. Stunning. If the tire has been superseded, I can only assume it will be an even better tire.

I love Nokian winter tires. I have studded Nokian winter tires on my other two vehicles they're a bit more noisy. These are great tires, affordable pricing, super fast delivery. Recommend.

These tires have the best snow and ice traction I have experienced with winter tires. I have used the same tire in the past and loved them so much I replaced them with the same ones.

After using these tires for one winter on my Chevy Trailblazer in Northwestern Ontario, I am impressed. They are quiet on dry pavement and have decent traction on hardpacked snow. Studs would make them better on hardpack snow and ice. Where they really excel is in deep soft snow or slush. I hardly used four-wheel drive at all. driving through 8-10 inches of snow was not a problem. They are also very controlled when they lose traction. Pushing them around a corner I can feel when they start to lose grip but they do so incrementally. I cannot report on tread life as I have only used them for one winter. Overall they are a great winter tire. I will likely purchase these again when my original set wear out.

These tires have been reliable. I used a different set on the same GL 450 (which I find to handle surprisingly poorly in bad winter weather) and these outperformed the last. Impressed.

I used these tires for two winters on my Chrysler 300 RWD and I will be replacing them with new ones this coming winter. I have to drive and cover 65000+ miles a year and these tires perform exactly the way I want them to, no surprises, just good traction, quite and not a big loss in mpg. Nokian makes a very good product.
